Where can I find my ACFAS member ID?
Your member ID number is printed on:
- Your membership card
- Your dues renewal statement
- Mailing issue of the Journal of Foot & Ankle Surgery
- Member newsletter, Update

How long does it take to receive confirmation of a pass/fail score for CE Tests?
Please allow 6-8 weeks for your CE Test to be processed.
What are the System Requirements to view ACFAS e-Learning modules?
For all non-downloadable, Flash files; Flash 8 or 9 is needed.
For all online downloadable files, make sure you have the most current version of Windows Media Player, iTunes, or Quicktime (depending on what file type you decide to download). See further requirements below.
PC Users
If you are on a PC and plan to only play the video on your PC, download the .wmv version. Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player.
Mac, PC, iPod, iPhone Users
If you are on a Mac or PC and want to put the video on your iPod or iPhone , download the .m4v file. With this version you can also expand the video to fit your entire computer screen. The .m4v files play in iTunes and Quicktime on either a Mac or a PC. You may need to download the latest version of iTunes or Quicktime

Internet Connection:
The minimum connection speed required to view ACFAS distance education programs is 56 kbps. However, satisfying the minimum system and Internet connection requirements does not guarantee full functionality. Quality of Internet service, variations in network routing and internet traffic volume may adversely affect the performance of the site.
